Depending on your personal commitment, the workload is around 4 hours per month. In the three months of the Future Lab, there will be an additional 8 hours per month. The total workload during these months is then approx. 1.5 days per month.
Your employees commit to a 12-month participation in the program. After that, we recommend transitioning to the AI Essential program to stay updated on the latest AI trends and topics while continuing to benefit from the exchange with leading experts and the ada community.
We require a minimum of 15 people. The price is €449 per month or €4,900 per year. In special cases, we can accommodate groups with fewer than 15 participants.
Your employees should come from a wide variety of areas and positions. What they all should unite is an interest in transformation, innovation and technology.

- Low level of seniority, some responsibility, high Tech Literacy in comparison to the other profiles
And finally, stay competitive: Leverage the latest AI hacks to secure a competitive edge and keep pace with rapid technological advancements.
Yes, you can switch from AI Advanced to AI Essential or the ada Fellowship at the end of the 12-month term. It's best to contact the ada team directly at hello@join-ada.com to discuss the details and get all the relevant information.
Yes, it is. Our learning content can be easily applied to internal organizational tools. This makes AI Advanced an ideal learning journey for you, as it allows you to integrate topics specific to your company.
You can use the content to complement all other learning opportunities. We design the learning content and deep dives to impart basic knowledge about AI. Additionally, we focus on the practical application of what you’ve learned to address a specific challenge in your organization or team.
All learning content is available in both English and German, with all video materials provided in both languages, including subtitles for silent viewing. Community sessions take place in either German or English, and we record them for later access. When we assign groups for the Future Lab, we also consider your employees' language preferences (German or English).
The first start is possible from September 1. After that, you can start at the beginning of each month.
