ada is the place for collaborative learning
and personal growth

Growth rarely
happens alone

ada offers a one-year community-based, part-time fellowship program including high-impact events and a cross-organizational community. We invest in people because it’s people who make organizations fit for the future. It's our goal to explain and explore how technological developments are driving social change.

program

The  ada | fellowship comprises three components:

Through our modules - each covering one core topic of digital transformation - your fellows will be able to use the ada | hub, our learning platform, to kick off or deepen their digital skills. The program is offered in German and English.

In our Future Lab participants will apply their new knowledge and work in cross-organizational teams to bring new ideas and solutions into your organizations.

At our live events the fellows are treated to inspiring speakers and have the opportunity to talk to, work with and learn from one another while establishing a cross-industry network.

target group

The  ada I fellowship is aimed at large and medium-sized enterprises from every sector, as well as political and public institutions that want to prepare their employees to meet the challenges of the digital transformation.

New: Sustainability Journey

The EU wants to become the first climate-neutral continent. To reach the sustainability goals, organizations need to change their mindset and broaden their knowledge. But it also takes a strong, cross-company network committed to save the planet together. That's why we created the digital "Sustainability Journey".

Experience the future

We bring people together, initiate discussions, give visionary thinkers the opportunity to talk about their ideas, successes and dreams. Our events are a source of inspiration for anyone who wants to think beyond the boundaries of their own ideas and the familiarity of the professional and personal lives.

At Morals & Machines we talk with experts from the worlds of business, science and politics about how humans and machines will work together and complement one another in the future. Our upcoming conference will take place on May 25, 2023.

ada | about us

Why ada?

We are courageous, confident and foresighted. Inspired by Ada Lovelace, a poet as well as the world’s first programmer, who as early as 1843 described how humans and machines would interact in the future – at least 100 years ahead of her time. She transcended boundaries both in thought and actions, and foresaw the computer not merely as a calculating machine but also as a musical instrument, thus making a contribution to the way humans interact with machines today. Just like Ada Lovelace in her day, we see learning as a lifelong vocation.
